I regret hiring this lawyer and wasting my money. Ended up having to hire a different lawyer and pay thousands again. Jason is money hungry. He took my case knowing he does criminal defense and not family law. (I didn’t know this because I referred to him) He’s never in the office, even with his BMW ...parked out front. He won’t call you back if you leave a message. He won’t update you on your case. He will keep you like a sitting duck to drag out your case and never do anything for you. Do your research, I failed to do mine and I ended up out thousands. Go else where!

I can’t even begin to express the respect I have for Mr.Castaneda! He cares deeply about all his clients and works quickly to get the job done. I definitely recommend him for any of your legal needs! I worked with him on a custody case and he was on time and up to speed on the family’s situation and ...made sure to identify all issues his clients requested. A go getter and knows exactly what to say when attending a custody hearing.

We hired Jason to take a case involving my ex trying to revoke his signature from a rule 11. It should have been an open/shut case. Jason failed to show up in court and sent his buddy, his friend had NO knowledge of our case and didn't even practice family law but criminal. Not only did we lose that,... but in an attempt to get to appeals court, SOMEHOW, I was ordered to pay my exs attorney $1600. Jason failed to communicate with me in any form or fashion, I haven't been able to reach him in over six months. Turns out, Jason and the opposing attorney are Facebook friends. Such a shady shady situation. I would not recommend ANYONE hiring Castaneda for any reason.
