Martinez, to represent us following an automobile accident. Unfortunately, our experience over the past 11 years has been extremely disappointing and troubl...ing. Despite providing her with multiple insurance checks, we have not received any of the funds owed to us. Repeated attempts to contact her have gone unanswered. Medical providers we engaged on multiple occasions over the years confirmed that they have not received any payments, despite assurances otherwise. Over time, the firm has changed locations and staff without informing us, and Cynthia changed her name without notifying her clients. Now operates under a different name without telling her clients. Our trust has been completely breached. Deadlines were missed, communication was non existent, and there is no verifiable record of our funds. This prolonged neglect, lack of transparency, and failure to act in our best interest has caused significant financial and emotional hardship. My accident case was settled over a year ago. Each time I contact the law firm, no one can give me a status of when I will receive my settlement check. I contacted the medical providers and they tell me they are waiting to hear from the law firm for payment. But the last time I was given a status ...the law firm told me they were waiting to hear back from the medical providers. This attorney and her staff is HORRIBLE. I will be filing a grievance against Ms. Frederick. Who I have NEVER met. This is not a real law firm. They are just ambulance chasers.
