James Thomas Lombardino

My husband and I hired Mr. Lombardino 2/2009 because during our initial interview we thought he was the sharp and knowledgeable attorney that we needed to handle a custody, child support and contempt issues. We did notice that Mr. Lombardino only had 1 full time assistant and 2 part time law students... working in his office. Since Mr. Lombardino has worked our case he has filed incorrect pleadings, was late for a court date, which had to be re-scheduled because of his tardiness and he still charged us for his time, & does not return phone calls or keep appointments. This attorney will take your money but will not give you proper customer service. After expressing my concerns to his assistant, she simply stated that if we are not satisfied then we should fire Mr. Lombardino. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
