I found Misbah Chaudry to have 4 star reviews, so I went to get consultation for me and my husband, My asylum had been turned to court and my orevious lawyer wanted to dismiss the case using prosecutorial discretion and charge $3000, When I went for consultation she advised me that if dismiss the cas...e I will never be able to gey status adjustmebt and see if my employer would sponcer me for immigrant Visa, I also told her that my husband is Canadian and my stepdaughter is turning 21 on feb 2023 we need FOIA so we can start doing his papers, My employer approved but I have to do 10 years commitment and pay all fees( I love my Job and would'nt change it for as long as they keep me but 3hours drive). I Told Misbah that this is the situation and she said it was ok everyone does it this way and requested $9000 +450 for representing me and $5000 for perm, $4000 for I-140 and $1000 for status adjustment (I paid USCIS fees). fast forward we apply for my husband through his US Citizen daughter 2 months later he gets diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and gets his green card in May, he wants to petiton for my green card and ny kids green card and we use the help of an office in filling the applications correctly and the laidy who works there look at me baffled and ask WHY YOUR STEPDAUGHTER didn't petition for you and if you have been married to her father before she is 18 you are a parent even if not biological, I asked Misbah and the first thing they said It is a different retainer new fees, I went to the office and her explanition was its hard to proof common law marriage in TEXAS, and my employers are nice people, We filled another petition and I provided Ton of evidence and SHE Dismissed my Asylum case and was asking for more money for the fileing of the new petion , she Took $13000 and I still don't know if the USCIS will accept my petition or not and I could have saved $10000 if I stayed with my old lawyer, As for the perm (9-12 months to get) is no show. USCIS requested more evidence and because I don't trust her I sent the documents and they were recieved by USCIS and they are back to working on my case when i get an email saying that the dead line for sending the evidence is approching and wants $450 fees and $50 for office supplies. She didn't even take 5 minutes to look at my case status. I fired her after that email after loosing $10000 of hard earned money that I could have used to pay my Husband Medical bills or paid for my kids college tuition.

I referred Mrs Parveen Akhter to Misbah Chaudhary to apply for citizenship. Mrs Akhter could not afford an attorney as her husband is paralyzed and they live on welfare. They had hired another attorny who charged $2000, did nothing and even did not return her documents. Misbah agreed to do their cas...e Pro Bono and also got them exempted from all government fees. Please please don’t go to her and waste your money. Very unprofessional and on untrustworthy attorney. I hired her for in my mothers immigration case which she just charge me the fee but did not do anything about it. All the letters which were coming to her she never forwarded to me. I went to the im...migration office and inquired about it and they said all the letters were sent to the attorney which she kept refusing about recovering.
