Larry A. Vick

I hired this man to represent me in my bankruptcy case. At my creditors meeting he just sat there as though he didn't have a clue to the question that the Trustee's representative and my Creditors was grilling me up and down over. I had to look over at Mr. Vick and ask him was he going say anything.... He started fumbling through papers. His paralegal does his job, he doesn't be prepared when it's time for him to actually work. It was a nightmare for me. I drop my case and stopped dealing with him. A short time later I refiled and used a way more competent attorney.

I hired Larry Vick because I was impressed that he answered his phone on the weekend & spent a lot of time talking to me about my problem. During my first meeting with Mr. Vick he told me everything I wanted to hear & told me that my case was standard not to worry. At the creditors meeting Larry V...ick had the wrong social security for my husband & BLAMED US for the mistake! This allowed one of our creditors more time since we had to start the process all over. Therefore one of our creditors hired an attorney & filed a lawsuit against us trying to fight our bankruptcy. Larry Vick NEVER bothered to pick up the phone but instead sent a letter saying that we owed him additional money or he was going to drop us as clients! We did not have the $4500 he requested and he would not even consider a payment arragement. When I called him about this letter he could have cared less and only said that our case was going to take more work since a creditor was fighting our bankruptcy. Mr. Vick did not care one bit and dropped us as clients. We had no money to hire another attorney so we had no choice but to to agree on a judgement from the creditor. So much for being able to start over. Please DO NOT consider this attorney! I wish I wouild have found this site a long time ago to save others from going through such a nightmare with Larry A. Vick
