J. Kyle Treadway

I was referred to Mr. Treadway through a lawyer referral service. My issue was due to a fraudulent UCC filing. Throughout the consultation Mr. Treadway was patient, polite and asked the right questions to understand my issue. He educated me on the ramifications of the filing and in the end, alth...ough fraudulent, would not wreak the havoc that I had anticipated. Mr. Treadway offered legal alternatives and actions that I could pursue on my own. I would not hesitate to contact him again.
