You do not have to file an I-134 with I-129F. You have to submit the I-134 to a U.S. Consulate when your fiance will have an interview there. ...

You can file your spouse's H-4 extension even though your H-1 is still pending.

H4 became invalid in March 2012 but B1/B2 is valid until 2018.
I94 has expiration date of Jan 2013.

Unfortunately, there is no grace period for H-4. You have been out of status since March 2012. Also, you can not change your status. If you wish...
