You have to file I-140. I-485, I-131 and I-765 together to receive the EAD and advanced prole. Generally, you will get the EAD and advanced parole...

NIW and Exceptional Ability are 2 different petition/application. Exceptional ability requires labor certification, and NIW doesn't.
