Jones Act Defense Representation

Sean did a superb job from start to finish in a rather contentious Jones Act injury case. He aggressively set the pace in order to drive a successful outcome. While the case settled before trial, he was very adept at anticipating the various approaches contemplated by the plaintiff. He adroitly balan...ced the transaction costs leading up to trial against the imperative to be fully prepared for a jury trial. In the end, his skill in managing the mediation process was critical in achieving a commendable result. Thanks for the outstanding representation.
