I hired Mark for my NIW EB2 visa processing. Mark showed serious lack of professionalism and efficiency. I ultimately lost the case, which could be due to my lack of publications, but was due to Mark's inability to handle the case. In the final denial letter USCIS specifically stated that the petit...ioner has failed to submit documents as requested. It was obviously the lawyer’s responsibility to read the RFE and submit documents. Mark made me produce total 10 letters for my NIW, 7 for original submission and 3 for RFE. He total spent 5 minutes of time for each letters. I wrote ALL the letters, and Mark barely taken a look at those and said “They are great” every time. When submitting the petition, Mark made me print out the letters and send those to him by mail because he ‘Does not have facility to print such a large scale!!!!’. Seriously, no joking, a lawyer is telling he cannot afford to print some documents. Overall, I am sure Mark worked no more than 3/4 hours for my case as he did nothing other than writing the 4 page cover letter. I came up with all the names for my referees, wrote all the letters, made contacts with referees, get the letters, printed and mailed those out to Mark. I have known another friend of mine who got NIW visa and his lawyer basically did all the work for him. Please do not be fooled by his cheap rate and waste your money like me. Get someone better and more knowledgeable. Mark will explain to you that your case is an obvious win and then it may be denied.
