Biography
Mr. Vacek has practiced law in the area of estate planning and probate for over 39 years in Houston. Mr. Vacek has prepared estate plans for more than 9,000 individuals. He assists clients in avoiding the court system, asset protection and minimizing estate and gift taxes. Among the many tools he utilizes to protect his clients and their families are living trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, IRA Inheritance Trusts®, and other state-of-the-art planning techniques. Mr. Vacek is a frequent lecturer on Estate Planning, Probate and Asset Protection.
