I was injured in a fall in a commercial establishment that denied responsibility. Sam was referred to me by a close friend. I met with Sam and immediately knew he was just what the doctor ordered, no pun intended, and I/we filed a suit for my damages, etc.. Sam was very strategic in his approach wi...th my case. Law suits by nature are a slow and tedious process. Mine took over two years. Long story short, next thing I know we are in arbitration, and we settled the case for much more than I ever had truly anticipated. Sam was masterful in orchestrating the tempo, flow and outcome of my case. My family and I felt we were extremely well represented and compensated for the injuries both physical and mental we had to endure because of this group's negligence.
