I was injured in a fall in a commercial establishment that denied responsibility. Sam was referred to me by a close friend. I met with Sam and immediately knew he was just what the doctor ordered, no pun intended, and I/we filed a suit for my damages, etc.. Sam was very strategic in his approach wi...th my case. Law suits by nature are a slow and tedious process. Mine took over two years. There was not a time during this process that I felt neglected, or like the case had lost steam, or that I was somehow bothering Sam to call him and discuss issues with him. Sam was always accessible. He would call me to discuss his strategy, give me updates and in general stay in contact with me. Later in the case, Sam suggested we bring in a another attorney who specialized in premises law. It was a great strategic move on Sam's part. The addition to the team really started the wheels turning by getting the attention of the group I was suing. Long story short, next thing I know we are in arbitration, and we settled the case for much more than I ever had truly anticipated. Sam was masterful in orchestrating the tempo, flow and outcome of my case. My family and I felt we were extremely well represented and compensated for the injuries both physical and mental we had to endure because of this group's negligence. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who feels they have fallen victim, been injured, etc. because of another's negligence.
