There's no need to renew DACA. It is advisable to proceed with the AOS application.

No. Your H1B only allows you to earn income from the sponsoring employer.

As long as you have a valid green card, you can travel abroad briefly.
Form I-130 part 9 1.a should be petitioner name or beneficiary

I agree with the previous answer. Part 9 1a of the FORM I-130 requires the petitioner's information.
