Hector Lee Sandoval

For the first 12 years of his career, Texas Work Injury attorney Hector L. Sandoval represented injured railroad workers and their families in over half the states in U.S. After spending much of this time on road fighting for injured railroaders’ rights, in 2015, Hector brought his experience back home to Houston. As one of three shareholders of Sandoval & Waldman, PLLC, Hector focused his practice on representing injured Texas workers and their families all over the State Texas. In a short three-year period, Hector developed a practice that focused on holding Texas Non-Subscriber Employers responsible when their negligence resulted in serious injuries to their employees. During this same time, Hector also represented individuals that suffered serious injuries in car crash cases, premises cases and crashes involving 18-Wheeler trucks, gaining vast experience dealing with insurance companies. In 2018, Hector decided that it was time to take his national and state-wide experience and create a firm that was truly dedicated to representing the injured Texan Worker!
