Clayton provided me with chapter 7 Bankruptcy services in Texas. His practice (both Mr. Wrzesinski and his staff) delivered very thorough service. Both he and his assistant were always pleasant and easy to work with. There were some hiccups along the way but they were all due to my own shortcomings; ...I recommend always carefully reading any material you are sent (which, by the way, were also always easy to understand and respond to). In example, one of the documents i was sent clearly stated the forms of ID (including social security card!) to bring to the hearing. Clayton was able to help me recover from that on the spot. Having Clayton by my side at the hearing provided a calming, positive influence. The hearing was completed even with the showstopping problem of my forgotten SSID card. Clayton saved the day by professionally discussing and arranging options with the hearing officer. Clayton himself was hard to reach once or twice, but he is an attorney and is required to be in court occasionally- where cell phones have to be turned off. Even if I was unable to reach him, his assistant was always reachable, and Clayton answered questions she couldn't via email within a day or two, no exception. The entire process gave me a lot of anxiety. I could have used more hand-holding (dealing with the emotional side of things), but then again, that wasn't what I was paying him to do and may have been counter-productive. Keeping me informed of where we were in the process, what the current and next steps are, and providing clear action items allowed me to focus on and deliver what was needed. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Wrzesinski's services. It was great working with him. His handshake is firm (both literally and figuratively). Thank you.
