"I endorse this lawyer. I just mediated a case where he represented one of the parents in a very difficult and complicated family law case. The other 2 attorneys involved in the case and I were all very impressed by the hard work he did with a very difficult client. He was so respectful and a strong advocate for client that most attorneys would not even accept as a client. Due to his diligence and professionalism, resolved a complex custody case after almost 8 hours."

"Brian is known in Fort Bend County for defending some very serious felony cases. He has won several Not Guillty Verdicts. The most recent win for Brian was a Not Guilty in an Aggravated Robbery case. Brian's client was facing 15 to 99 years or life in the Pennitentiary. The State wanted the client to plead Guilty and receive 30 years Pennitentiary time. Brain defened his client against great odds and won. The Courthouse lawyers were talking about that case for weeks! What I admire most about Brian is that the guy doesn't break a sweat. He is comfortable in the Courtroom, and definately knows what he is doing."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
