Ms. Lincoln represented me in an annulment case many years ago and the outcome was amazing! I needed a lawyer to help set up a will and Christine Lincoln did that and more. She offers a very nice package that also provided valuable documents like a durable power of attorney. I never had to deal with my parents being elderly and having health issues and it all sort of came upon me quickly. O...nce you start dealing with these issues you come to realize there are several situations surrounding estate management both before and after a death. There's a lot more to it than just having a will. Christine's knowledge and resources made it fairly easy to get what we needed and she had good suggestions and was able to answer nearly all our questions. She was willing to do work during the holiday season to help accommodate our urgency; she's a notary and was able to bring in people to serve as witnesses and got things done efficiently. Finally, I must also commend her demeanor. I went back and forth with her several times on the language in the will and she never let ego or impatience get in the way despite my many questions and requests. She was always reasonable and her rates were competitive. Lawyers have a stereotype as unscrupulous but there are good lawyers out there and Christine is one of them.

Ms Lincoln prepared a pre-nup agreement and reviewed the applicability of my Will and Trust. She asked questions regarding my personal status and what I wanted the end result to be. She was very thorough and organized in her approach and offered me many different alternatives to preservation of perso...nal assets in the event of life's challenges. I found her to be very understandable and she possesses a down-to-earth approach that made me feel comfortable in what I wanted to accomplish. She offered case examples and explanations that helped me through the process and allowed me to make my own decisions. I am relatively new to the area and had her review and comment upon a trust and will that I had created out-of-state. I wanted to understand its applicability under the current laws in the State of Texas. She was extremely effective in helping me accomplish this. I will continue to call upon Ms. Lincoln for her help as my life needs change in the future.

Christine Lincoln is a very thorough and ethical attorney even when faced with a very unethical and unpredictable opposing counsel as in my case. Darby, her paralegal, is fantastic!!! I was a very involved client - by choice and more importantly because Chris demands that of her clients, which I ap...preciated. I had to sign off on everything that went out on my behalf. I was never in the dark about anything that she was doing. The huge variable in my case was opposing counsel; Chris kept calm but they were extremely challenging - putting it mildly. Both Chris and Darby were great for the type of client I was - a lot of questions, concerns, and the need to be involved. Chris' costs were expected, and she really takes into account her client's costs, but my case ended up being costly due to the duration (nearly 9 solid months) and events that occurred during (mediation sessions, court appearances, and depositions and discovery requests by opposing counsel). Chris and Darby were wonderful at reading/answering my emails, reassuring me, telling me of all my options, communicating with me, and if something did not go in my favor - looking at the big picture.
