Every part of dealing with Chris was a positive experience. She is has solid integrity, is a great lawyer and has a get it done attitude. She has a great attention to detail but is also very responsive. She looks at ways to speed up the process and reduce expenses, and I am sure she was cons...ervative in the hours billed. The other side's attorneys were not responsive and not organized. Chris made up for it, did way more than our share so we could get the divorce finalized by the end of the year. I am convinced that if I did not choose Chris that we would still be dealing with this divorce 5 months later. Chris also has great communication skills. She was a leader in the collaborative meetings and a voice of calm, humor and reason (which I needed) in our many one on one chats. I honestly can only think of positive experiences in regards to working with Chris. I am cheap, but I never felt bad when writing a check for the professional services I received. I assumed, wrongly, this proceeding would go rather smoothly as there were no children to contend with. My now ex wanted the 50% of the house and 50% of the IRA. I owned the house outright before the marriage, and one of the IRA's I earned prior to marriage so not community property. Chris provided t...he other attorney with case law, and figures from the house and IRA's to prove our point. There was still money to be distributed, but not to the extent the other party requested. Chris has done this before and knows how to put together spreadsheets to demonstrate her point of few. She is easy to talk to, accessible. The entire process works better if the client provides requested information on a timely basis. It keeps everything moving.

My barber recommended her when my wife and I were looking to have our wills redone. Christine took us through a thorough interview process that covered a lot things we had not thought about. Along with our wills, she provided both of us with a Power of Attorney, a Medical Power of Attorney, and a M...edical Directive. A few years later we hired Christine to represent our daughter when she needed to get out of a bad marriage. Again her advice was invaluable. This week we called her to give us counsel on what a close friend could do to get out of a bad (but not violent) live in relationship with a man who just got arrested for his 6th DWI. We ran our ideas past her and she told us that our plan would leave ourselves open to potential lawsuits. She then went over some things that we could do to help our friend. At the end of the session we walked away with a plan that accomplished our friend's goal that was simple, but effective.
