Biography
Edward Allen graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a B.B.A. in Business Management in 2006. He went on to attend South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he worked at the South Texas Law Review. Edward Allen graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2009. Edward Allen worked as a Law Clerk during law school at Wilhite & Lea, a Northwest Houston civil litigation firm. Upon graduation, he became an associate attorney at Wilhite & Lea.
As a civil litigation attorney, Edward Allen works with a variety of legal matters in which an individual or business has experienced a loss due to another party's actions. This commonly includes business disputes, Houston construction law matters, wills and probate, and personal injury. However, Edward's education in business allows him to provide additional insight into contract drafting, incorporation, and business planning as a business attorney.
