Would not recommend.

This law firm markets and advertises heavily to obtain clients. Consumers that enter his office for a free consultation are given a form to rate his services and as a prior client, I was asked to rate him prior to my case being concluded. There was poor communication between him and the legal personn...el that were assigned to my case. I chose him specifically to work with, but most of the work and communication was handled by an incompetent paralegal who padded her billing hours. Would you like an example of the incompetence that cost close to $400/ hr? In court, Mr. Fagan did not even know the name of the opposing counsel and instead referred to him by family's name. In addition, opposing counsel's newly minted attorney seemed much more prepared, strategic, and able to socially navigate the courtroom dynamic. I felt embarrassed by Mr. Fagan's representation. For anyone considering hiring this law firm, I have a few suggestions: 1) ask for their trial success record 2) try a newer law firm..many brilliant attorneys graduating from UT, UH, Northwestern, etc who have the resources for starting their own firm and are highly dedicated/motivated to advocate for their clients. 3) don't give this firm your personal phone number. They will call at ALL hours. 4) expect that your personal case will be discussed with his other clients to explain away any mishaps by Mr. Fagan's firm or to self-promote. I listened to Mr. Fagan and his paralegal bash a prior client of his as a pothead/ weed smoker who deserved to lose her case. Very unethical!

Although you and I never met I am sorry you feel that way. I am unclear as to what you hope to accomplish by posting your review especially when you have never done business in any way with our office. I know every client and there case that I personally handle. Furthermore, no client I handle would have any problems communicating with me because they have my cell phone number and I take their calls at all times of day and if I can take there call for some reason I call them back as soon as I can. Your complaint seems to be that we market our services and we call your phone number. Yes if you are a potential new client and have reached out to us we will follow up with you until we get ahold of you. If you ever asked to be taken off your follow up list we do just that. We never make fun out clients or laugh about their pain. Your illustration does not ring true and is why I question us having ever met because I have had the exact opposite of cases where I have represented clients who have smoked pot and the judge did not care and gave them custody.
