Professional and Calming Presence

I can’t express how thankful I am to the Bryan Fagan for handling my case. My case was very complicated and after a bad experience with another attorney I was scared I would have a bad experience. However, Bryan has a very calming presence and took the time to listen and understand my case. He is ...extremely knowledgeable of the law I really him and his staff. Mollie is fantastic and always gets back to me really quickly regarding all my questions.

Excellent Service

I retained Bryan Fagan to represent me with my divorce. He listened, showed genuine concern, and was attentive in all matters that had to be addressed. Bryan made this process as smooth as possible in a timely manor. The fees I paid were very fair. There were no inflated charges or "surprises" rega...rding my bill.

My lawyer Stacie Moss was very professional & empathetic to my situation. She fought for myself & my family. Monique In billing was amazing. She answered all of my questions and addressed any/all concerns promptly and professionally.

Misleading tactics

I wish I had taken time to read reviews, but when your mind is heavy under the stress of needing a lawyer, you don't always think these things through. The initial phone consultation made us feel great - he listened to us, showed empathy, and suggested a paid "legal strategy session" where we could ...get information, prepare for the next steps, know what to expect as far as questions that opposing would ask of us, and guidance to move forward. That paid session was a joke. Essentially we paid $400 to be told the process of hiring them to work on the case. It was not at all the type of session that had been advertised to us during the free phone consultation. I feel like it was very misleading, and an attempt to just make a sale. I would definitely not trust this firm for any future needs.
