Fixed a mess!

Bryan took on my case that another attorney had previously messed up. The amount of care and detail displayed by his staff and Bryan himself, was fantastic. I felt taken care of immediately. The date of the hearing there was some confusion as to the time I was to show up in court but everything went ...fine. He was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to explain the laws, and where I was previously detrimentally advised. It should also be notedhe literally took on the case at the 11th hour and smoothed out a lot of rough spots immediately with simple communication. I would recommend his firm to anyone in a second.

Web of Mess Divorce

Bryan and his colleagues (especially Evan Hochschild) did a fantastic job of busting my messy contentious web of mess divorce case wide open. I had been sitting stagnant for over 2 years when I hired them so they had one heck of a mess to work through. To complicate things, there was a web of fraud, ...embezzlement, and deception coming from the other side that had seemed to be effective previously with my former representation or lack thereof. They stuck with it and have managed to bring the other side to the table to settle up or get out of the kitchen irregardless of all the kicking and screaming and endless web of lies and delays and I'd definitely recommend them for anybody who wants top echelon service. Most of the other attorneys, it seems, would try to drag a legal proceeding out as long as possible to profit off the ongoing war and animosity but not Bryan and his team. They try to get you in just as soon as they can, don't play the ripoff games to soak you for more money, and nip it in the bud. They've got a job to do and they're not interested in dragging it out endlessly to profit off of your misfortune. As such, if you're looking for good old fashioned ethics and a team of attorneys to go to bat for you and do it right the first time, I'd definitely recommend the Law Office of Bryan Fagan.
