Negative stars

If I could give negative stars I would! Seriously the worse experience I have ever encountered with anything. I hired this office in March of 2021 because I needed a cheap uncontested divorce. In June they had sent me another families documents, when I say documents I mean everything! Addresses, cust...ody agreement, everyone's names including children. I brought this to their attention and everyone blamed everyone else. They never made it a big deal except to let me know my attorney was no longer with the firm. In July they still had not done anything more with my case. Finally got a new attorney at the beginning of August. She told me she would fix everything and would be done in 10 days as the final decree was all that was left. At the end of September she finally got around to doing my paperwork. My ex and I both signed everything and it was sent to the court on October 19th 2021. One week later the judge informed us that the original petition was signed incorrectly by the attorney. They fixed that and said it would be fine. In December they told me my ex would need to resign waivers for the original petition. He did and they filed that. Then the judge told us that those other families documents were also sent to the court and attached to my case! After this they said I HAVE to go to trial!! Trial for an uncontested divorce. At the trial January 10th the judge told me NO judge would sign my papers the way they were! Even though both parties agreed to them, they were not done correctly and still would not grant my divorce! I have spent over $8,000 with this law firm and have an outstanding balance of almost $4,000. They have charged me weekly fees and for every single thing that needed redone. They have also charged me for the trial that would have never happened had I of hired a competent attorney who actually knew what they were doing.

Not Recommended

As a disabled veteran on social security, I am still questioning how it is I was billed over $10,000.00 for legal representation. My trial was handled as an afterthought with no legal strategy, no helpful legal guidance, no visible effort at all to win my case, and worst of all, shuffled from one at...torney to another - Horrible experience. A replacement attorney was assigned to me by Bryan Fagan Law Firm just days before my trial because apparently, the attorney that was handling my case from the beginning left the firm before days before my hearing. My experience is that my case was not handled properly despite the overpriced bill I've paid them. Bryan Fagan Law Firm assigned an attorney who was not prepared; was not up to date on my case details, and did not properly represent me in court, In fact, I didn't witness any effort or desire to win. After my trial, I have reached out to the law firm for clarity - and despite six (6) attempts to contact Bryan Fagan Law Firm, via email and their chat services I have not heard back from anyone except their billing department.

Shoddy and incompetent

I hired this firm to file discovery on my ex so I could know what he had financially. I hired them in FEBRUARY. I received the information 30 minutes before our scheduled mediation JULY 6 . I still had no idea what my ex had financially and my attorney informs me he has not looked over any of the ...information because he is out of town. I hired them to do one thing, find out what my ex had and they failed to provide the information until it was too late. They consistently waited until the last minute to file anything and my lawyer was quick to point the finger of blame to me or his co-workers. 15,000 is what I was billed for shoddy, lazy legal work.

ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

When I first started working with the business, I was told this would be an easy case and would not take over a year or above $5,000. This was an absolute lie; I spend over $14,000 and over a year to get my divorced finalized. My first lawyer was great, but she left after 5 months, and I was not not...ified of her leaving until a month after she left. After she left everything started going downhill, my second lawyer left the company after 2 months and again I was not notified until after he left. I was passed onto a third lawyer who was awful. He constantly had misspellings in legal paperwork, did not give me his email, did not communicate with his paralegals, sent my ex-husband paperwork that I did not approve of and did not do his job. At one point I was calling him and asking him to do his job because the paralegals didn’t have an update for me. I asked him what his plan was for the divorce, and he told me “I really don’t know what to tell you, I don’t know”. I called Molly and Audria to help me resolve my issues several times, and each time they spent over a week ignoring my emails and phone calls. I called the new paralegals I was working with to help me with my divorce as quickly as possible. What my lawyer could not get done in 4 months these two paralegals got done in 4 days. I had spent thousands of dollars to have my lawyer to lie and not do his work. They double charge you all they time. They don’t care if you get your divorce, all they want is your money. They pray on those who are desperate to get out of a bad situation. I had even asked Bryan Fagan to help me with my situation and he never responded. DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WORSE OFF THEN YOU EXPECTED! They pride them selves on great customer service but every time I need help they are never there.

Bad Business!

Beware on doing business with this firm. They are unresponsive and then when you call to check why they are unresponsive they charge you. Beware they will try and make everything sound perfect until they want to over charge you AFTER YOUR CASE IS CLOSED. Bad business, save you money and look elsewher...e because if you try and discuss charges with them you will get a mean unprofessional lady that will get an attitude with you and speak to you like you don’t matter.
