Horrible Firm In My Experience

Beware of this firm! If you want representation from a law firm that will nickel and dime you for all the money they can and do the absolute bare minimum this is the firm for you! If you want to be aggressively charged multiple times throughout the day so many time that you bank flags you to the poin...t you have to get a new card. This is the firm for you! They took me for over $8k just for mediation, no decree was written by them and they did not even do a discovery for me. My mediation was a wast of time and money and now in order to go to trial they are demanding $17,500! Don't fall for it like I did people just cause they pop up on the top of Google search and seem to have good reviews, dig deeper and you'll find out this company is not what they make themselves out to be! Check BBB if you want further proof and dig for hidden reviews. I would give them a -5 stars if I could. I would have been better off representation myself!

Overpriced and condescending

My name is James Paterno and I went to these people requesting a price and they were like four times more expensive than any other will I have ever had drawn up and I’ve asked them to leave me alone and just stop calling more than five times and they keep calling periodically begging for business whi...ch just goes to show you if the guy was any good at all as a lawyer he wouldn’t have to be harassing me when I’ve asked them repeatedly to leave me alone and to put me on there do not call list….. The lawyer I saw when I visited their office was condescending and arrogant ….. I caution anyone to even call this firm because once you have made contact they will not leave you alone no matter how many times you ask them not to contact you anymore

Life sucking law firm

DO NOT HIRE!! This firm will take every single penny of you, my case should cost me MAX $5000 but this firm have my card over drafted and cost me $12K!!!! I have no children, zero property to fight for and they took $12,000 from me!!! They had to replace my attorney three times during my case without... even asking me! They claim that they have sent documents to the court and charged me for it!! My invoices have bunch of made up charges! They didn’t even ask me before they charged me! I have been trying to solve the issue with the billing department but they took weeks to get back to me and during all this time they kept charging me!! It is ridiculous and very unprofessional, their billing manager (Alicia Avila) was extremely rude and kept talking to me with an attitude as if I needed the extra stress! This firm doesn’t care about their clients they only want to take your money. I get charged daily for some people in the firm reviewing my file, there’s nothing in my file, there’s nothing to fight for. Why in the world would I be charged $12K!!! It is outrageous, and unlawful firm. My soon to be ex husband sent out his discovery document to the court and the court rejected it in a matter of an hour and 50 minutes, but the attorney charged me 4 hours of review and extra hours for reviewing my case!!! If it was rejected why would you review it and charge me for it!!! They’ve been lying to their teeth……STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I would give them negative stars if I could, now I fired them, haven’t gotten the divorce done, and I’m out $12,000!!! They just made my life even worse. They don’t help, but they will make sure you leave them with stacked debt on your card. HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!!!

Extremely poor ETHICS

This office hyped us up on our custody case, just to fail us over and over again! We were told to expect emergency orders within a certain amount of time, we were asked if we had witnesses/proof/testimonies, we were also told that we had a case that was highly expected to win.... win our kids custody... for their safety and well-being. In the end, they dragged this out, charging thousands every month, they ran off our key witnesses, charged double on a lot of things, they kept on passing our case to other attorney's after the others would leave their practice and then charging for the news ones to study our case all over again, and then turned a blind eye when we'd bring up our concerns. When we told them that their 1st attorney ran off our key witness by her rudeness and lack of professionalism, they stated there was no way that the witness would even testify, and given the slightest possibility, how would they know this was even true and would laugh at us. Also, when we would point out that they were double charging for some items, and that it was unfair for the multiple new attorney's (that would get our case passed down to them) to charge for the same thing the previous attorney charged for; the would give us a minimal credit and would deny the bigger charges. Bryan Fagan and his practice are very unprofessional, do not care at all for you or your case (but they have a big talk), have not ethics, but are very quick to withdraw thousands monthly from your bank account. I would never wish what I went through with them... for anyone!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I didn’t read the reviews before consulting and ultimately hiring this law firm to represent me in a divorce case. Don’t be fooled by the reasonable initial trust deposit. You will be nickle and dimed for literally everything. I was charged for items never sent in to the courts. I was charged hours a...head of mediation for prep work, and the attorney couldn’t even tell the mediator how many children I have. Not only did we walk into mediation without anything prepared, the attorney was in a car with the camera off. Completely and totally unprofessional. I requested a different attorney after that fiasco and was charged again for the work the first attorney was supposed to do. They tried to get me to go to mediation a second time without any additional information ahead of time which would have been an additional waste of money. When I fired them they had the nerve to send over a document that stated that the reason for the attorney leaving the case was lack of communication on my part. When I stated I wasn’t going to sign that due to the inaccuracy I was charged again to rewrite the document. I fired them almost a year ago, and I still haven’t received my trust balance. I’ve called and emailed with no resolution. If you want to throw money down the drain in an already difficult time in your life hire these people. Do your research and look at the BBB for how they actually treat their clients. I don’t have one positive thing to say about my experience, and I’m out close to $10,000 for literally nothing. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever hire them to work your case.
