FAKE reviews- CHECK BBB!

I don’t know who is writing all of their 5-star reviews on their website and others, but check their BBB site for their real reputation and business practices. Extremely shady and incompetent firm to say the least. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

SCAMMERS LOOK ON THE BBB WEBSITE ALSO

This office is a complete scam they will never be proactive and move the case forward, they will bill your credit cards without telling you or notification. They will nickel and dime you without anything moving within your case. You will not be able to speak to anyone when you call. If you get a ...call back they assure you everything is moving and promptly send you a bill for the call. This was a simple custody case. simple steps, not one step of progress in 3 months

Complete waste $$$$

DO NOT HIRE BRYAN FAGAN LAW GROUP. Believe me when I tell you, this law firm is the reason people despise lawyers. Believe every review about them billing you excessively without authorization. All they care about is charging you and getting their money. I contacted them about modifying a child cu...stody agreement. After an initial retainer which was expected, every single day it was more and more random charges for the simplest of things. Send an email? Bill you. Make a phone call? Bill you. Discuss with another atty? Bill you. Extremely vague and ambiguous responses when asked about these fees. I have endless invoices with all of their charges. Over $8K and 5 months later I had to drop them due to my inability to continue throwing money into them. Complete fraudulent scammers. Discussing with other firms after the fact, they couldn’t believe I did business with this law group. Bryan Fagan Law Group is the most expensive mistake I have ever made. Unless you have a substantial amount of money to just pour down the drain and not receive any results, do not employ them.

Great........till they can't get money from you

First of all my assigned attorney from my divorce case was great up till the end. He should break off and start his own practice. But the firm itself, their billing and collection practices I had multiple problems with. I even had a collector threaten criminal charges on me. I am not rich and I d...on't make a lot of money. So we agreed to a payment plan for my bills and paid every payment on time. My ex dragged out the case and forced us to go to trial even though I was doing everything i could to not have to. As soon as that happened instead of continuing to work with me they dropped me less than two weeks before the trial began all because I couldn't afford to pay an insane amount on a trial deposit along with my outstanding fees despite the fact I was on an agreed payment plan. This firm clearly is about money. If they weren't they would not have dumped me less than two weeks before the trial. And yet, I still paid them off, even though they don't deserve it.

Failure to do what's best

I started off with paid consult, then a paid legal coaching. I was given so much attention at first to sign the contract. Once, I did. I did not receive timely things to be done. Such as the intake sheet, I had a deadline I wanted to follow. The lawyer failed to respect that. The lawyer did not. I re...peat, did not offer different ways to approach the case. Their billing team, failed to write what I am being charged for a reasonable service price. or any description of what I was being charged for until weeks later, after I requested clarity. Don't hire them if you need immediate help. Hiring a lawyer will make you unable to seek advice elsewhere. Failed you update me on what's been communicated to court. Or how to even obtain that information even after dismissing their services. They failed to do what's best; the best interest of the child. The best interest of a mother or even the opposing father. They do not fight for the well being of your household overall. They are not fighting for free as they stated in calls and email. They will treat you as an ATM for every little "service".
