Biography
As graduate of The University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Huynh has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve clarity and resolution in estate planning and administration, real estate, business, tax planning, tax controversy, probate, and many other legal matters.
In addition to completing his Juris Doctor, Mr. Huynh has obtained a Master of Laws in Tax Law. He has led business organizations ranging from small starts ups to multimillion-dollar organizations. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of closely held businesses, such as sub chapter S corporations, C corporations, sole proprietorships, and limited liability partnerships. This expertise allows Mr. Huynh to provide a unique focus on tax planning which better enables our clients to avoid tax issues.
