I was contacted by the Texas Bar Association Ethics Board because Attorneys Yalcin and Bilge Karadag are under investigation due to the many complaints brought against them including: 1. Lack of communication - not returning phone calls or emails, failing to keep clients informed about the case's pro...gress, and not responding to questions. 2. Being Unprepared and Incompetent -always late and unprepared for hearings, lacking knowledge about the relevant laws and case details. 3. Clients cited issues with lying and the misuse of client funds, which are serious violations that can lead to bar discipline. 4. Poor Outcomes where Clients had negative reviews and they felt Yalcin and Bilge's performance directly led to a bad result in their case, such as a poor settlement or unjust judgement.
