M. H. Azad, B.S.,B.B.A., M.B.A., C.P.A. J.D., L.L.M. (Tax) has several years of experience in working with experts and insurance companies in the medical malpractice risk management field. He is certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas. He has an extensive professional background within the area of medical risk management and estate planning, which includes experience as an estate and tax attorney, Adjunct Professor of Tax and Business Law and former estate tax attorney with the Internal Revenue Service. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys in the United States.

Mr. Azad has broad experience in offshore business and estate planning. He also has an extensive professional background in the area of asset protection planning and medical malpractice risk management.
