I would NOT recommend Rebecca Reitz for your divorce needs unless you have very deep pockets! She is unavailable to talk to when you call and unless you lay everything out for her she does not give much attention to your case. She bankrupted my meager savings and I ended up, after 6 months, hiring... another attorney to finalize my divorce!. $20K+ is a lot for a divorce on a retirement income!

Becky did an amazing job with my cases. She handled the preparation of my child custody papers in a fraction of the time (days) my previous attorney "worked my case" (weeks) and she did so honestly and fairly. In the time my previous attorney "worked" my case, Becky started, drafted papers, negoti...ated, and finished my case. Months after my custody case I retained her to handle an enforcement case. Again, she exceeded my expectations. She didn't drag her feet, nor did she allow opposing counsel to railroad her into mediation or settling like my previous attorney had. She was honest and upfront about her fees and billing. Only once was an honest mistake made in invoicing and it was quickly corrected without issue. Her staff is wonderful and friendly. They paid great attention to my case and the detail, even making sure my child's name was spelled correctly when my previous didn't seem to care about misspelling it. She was able to negotiate my custody case out of court and I got most of what I was asking for without having to step into court. I worked with her about a year over the phone since I was living out of state, yet she took my case on as if I were a neighbor and handled it with great care and didn't waste my time or money. I enjoyed meeting her the second time I retained her for my enforcement case. Again, the second time around I got most of what I was asking for; she made sure I felt prepared for court when the time came. Debbie, her assistant, is also just as friendly and efficient. Wonderful legal assistant. I am very pleased with Becky's professionalism, accuracy, and knowledge. She doesn't play games. She gets down to business and is fair. You are not just a number. She treats you with respect and courtesy. She is a bit pricey, but well worth it since she gets results. She gets the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend her! They restored my faith in the legal system and attorneys. They have made me want to go into the legal field.
