Mark Llewellyn Honsaker

Prior to contacting Mr. Honsaker, I had spoken with four other lawyers who essentially said I could pay them 5k down and they would handle the case. Mr. Honsaker not only took the time to thoroughly review my case and discuss options with me during the initial consultation, which gave me the ability... to make an informed decision, but he also gave me information on other services available to assist me that the other lawyers never even brought up, probably because they were free and the other lawyers merely wanted my money. Mr. Honsaker showed he cared because he wanted what was best for me in the end.

Give him a chance and this guy will overcharge ( I expected that) pad his hours (expected that, too). His work is sloppy- he refused to account for the time he bills at $350.00 per hour, but just says "I need more money or I cant do any more work", he'll do that at a critical point, so you can't ref...use. This guy actually demanded a $10,000. Trial Deposit from me for a divorce, even though we were not going to Trial. Now will not return calls.
