STAY AWAY from this so-called law firm. They called me and told me I didn't have to pay anything for their services or medical costs. They made me an appointment with a chiropractor and after I took the therapies, they closed the case and left me with a debt of $13,000 dollars with the chiropractic c...linic. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

My daughter and I were rear ended almost two years ago . I hired this firm with in a couple weeks . The case was settled about a year ago and still have not seen the money . They keep changing my and my daughters case workers ! No one ever calls to update , I have to call them every few months ! They... keep giving excuses that they are waiting on my medical insurance to send pay out . They have been trying to get payout for over a year ! As attorneys they should have taken legal action by now to get the payout . I feel that they are a scam they received the money from the other cars insurance already . Just wondering who gets the interest that’s being made while that money sits in their acct ? . Getting ready to speak with another attorney!

They took my case and for the first few months I talked to a different person everytime. A lawyer there told me tht just because the other party is responsible they not obligated to pay for my damages. My property got totalled i sent them recipients for everything and wht they tried to get me wasn't... worth a piece of my damages. I fired them now its hard for me to get another lawyer due to all the time they had my case and didn't get nothing accomplished. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to my enemy. Truly the worst law firm on the planet

My experience with John K. Zaid, Attorney for my MVA case which John had to take over from his brother Joe I. Zaid after they failed to get my MEDICARE MVA lien reduced in accordance with the MEDICARE LAW and John K. Zaid promised recovery of his unauthorized overpayment of my MEDICARE LIEN, resu...lted in me receiving very little except a promise by John K. Zaid to recover my loss of ~ $ 14,000.00 after his firm had been paid almost $70,000.00 by my proceeds and many lies by his assigned Paralegal.
