Biography
Tiara Seals is the Owner of FOREVER LEGAL, a modern, remote-first law firm rooted in cultural excellence and personalized service. A proud South Side Chicago native, Tiara graduated summa cum laude from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she ranked in the top 5 of her class and served as Associate Editor of the Law Review. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University.
Prior to founding FOREVER LEGAL, Tiara gained elite legal experience as an associate at Jackson Walker LLP and later at the global law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, guardianship, business formation, contract law, and trademark protection. Known for her sharp advocacy and compassionate client service, Tiara blends big firm training with real-world care. She is admitted to practice in Texas, and specifically admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Tiara has been recognized by the National Black Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney and has spoken on numerous panels focused on professional development, branding, and diversity in law.
