Immigration Lawyer

We hired Sebastian to represent our daughter who was a British citizen with US permanent resident alien status - she was detained at IAH on June 8th 2014, because she had a 2006 prescription drug offense! Sebastian did a great job of getting all the information needed to present to the Judge in order... to show her character and good behavior for the last eight years in the hope that her deportation to be cancelled! He represented her with the Judge on two occasions and her removal was finally cancelled after being interned for over two months! We were greatly appreciative of his service and expertise.

Immigration case - Great Lawyer

Immigration Decision Reversed.

I had a case that had been previously entered in 2007 and was denied in August 2011 because my Spouse was a Sex Offender. I retained Sebastian in August 2011 and he advised that we would have to appeal and told me off the bat that it could be a lengthy process. He was diligent and let me in on the ap...peal before it was submitted.During the appeal process through whatever available legal clauses he was able to get me a new application granted August 28 2012 and followed through to where the new application got me approved for my greencard in July 2013 which is less than an yr. We went ahead and closed Appeal from previous case and now i owe my peace of mind to Sebastian and his team, they always informed me and followed up incase of any questions i had. My Previous Lawyer had told me there was nothing else i could do if a denial arose other than appeal or wait 10yrs to re-apply. Second Time was my charm. When i was frustuated i googled Sebastian and chose him for proximity and the fact that he was 100% immigration Law, but i would recommend him because he is confident, highly knowledgable and extremely honest.
