Samuel Beale is very unorganized and unprofessional. He should not be an option if you looking for an attorney that will keep you updated on your case. You will only speak to him once a year and he will not have any knowledge about your status. He will tell you he apologize for ignoring your case and... that he has others to focus on as if yours isnt just as important. He Is not trustworthy because he will lie to you just to get you off the phone. His office staff is rude on the phone and act like sneaky convicts in person. He will drag your case for 4yrs without getting anything accomplished. He also sends your confidential case information to the wrong recipient. If you dont want an attorney that will yell at you for asking for an update or lie to you and say he isnt in the office DO NOT CHOOSE SAMUEL BEALE. I went to the office and called from the parking lot and his receptionist answered and I heard him In the background tell her to say he wasnt there so I went inside and there he was having fun horsing around with the staff instead of handling business. He doesnt pay the phone bill at the office because sometimes it gets disconnected. If you visit the office there is alot of confidential case information just laying out in the open such as social security numbers and claim information. He is very unorganized. Save yourself the headache and stress and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMUELE BEALE IN HOUSTON, TX. I would have done better representing myself than letting him handle my case.
