I'm a Houston bankruptcy lawyer and also a former Texas Judge and Mayor. I used to own one of the largest law firms in the great state of Texas. I now use my extensive legal experience to help consumers who are considering Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Instead of bankruptcy, I deveoloped a viable alternative that helps people resolve their debt obgligations without the permanent, damaging credit history that accompanies bankruptcy.

Takes your money, then does nothing
He is retired, must be almost 90 years old. Works out of his house. No staff. He talks about how he will help you and sets up monthly payment plan, then does nothing. No help in past year other than him telling me to ignore my creditors. I am now being sued, and he will not return my calls.
