Jack E. Withem

Withem tried to handle my divorce in 2001-2002 ! Withem would never return calls,and it became very obvious that he wanted this divorce to go on indefinitely. The only thing Withem seemed to be on top of his game about is mailing out his statements and wanting to get paid,right now ! Withem was total...ly pitiful in the courtroom and allowed my ex-wifes attorney to request and granted one B.S.continuance after another,never opening his pie hole once. The judge finally told us to go out in the hallway and settle, and that is just what me and my ex did with no help from Withem at all. (Withen would had been no help anyway) Any of you people that have to get a divorce by all means find a competent attorney. Withem damn sure don't fit that bill.
