With over two decades of experience practicing law in both civil and common law systems, I support clients in a broad range of legal matters, including business, family, and civil law. My practice combines legal consulting, transactional work, and litigation support with a strong focus on practical, client-centered solutions. I have advised multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and private clients across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. I have held senior roles in law, business and energy, including General Counsel and Partner, and have handled complex negotiations, cross-border transactions, and high-stakes disputes. I am licensed in both the United States and Russia and regularly assist Russian-speaking clients with domestic and international matters.

In addition to legal consulting, I dedicate a significant part of my practice to alternative dispute resolution. As a mediator and arbitrator, I assist clients in resolving commercial, civil, and family disputes, both privately and through courts and Dispute Resolution Centers. I hold the designation of Credentialed Distinguished Mediator in Texas and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Passionate about supporting business growth at every stage, I assist clients with investment structuring, business formation, and legal strategy for startups, emerging companies, and more mature private equity ventures. My work includes advising on corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, and financing. I provide end-to-end legal support for entrepreneurs and investors—from launching a business to scaling operations and managing acquisitions or exits—with a focus on long-term success and risk management.

I am also a mother of three, an avid traveler who has explored over 70 countries, and someone who finds balance in nature, hiking, cycling, and reading. These experiences shape the way I practice—with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to helping others navigate change and conflict with strength and understanding.
