Timothy Abraham Rothberg

Drawing upon significant trial experience and 13+ years of providing general business counsel to companies of all sizes, Tim effectively and efficiently handles the legal and business needs of his clients. He has extensive experience in construction, complex commercial, intellectual property and energy-related litigation and relies upon this experience in strategically advising clients in connection with litigation ranging from routine matters through bet-the-company disputes.

Tim has been recognized by Texas Super Lawyers as one of the top “Up-and-Coming 100” lawyers in Texas and has been listed as a “Rising Star” by that publication each year since 2013. H-Texas Magazine named Tim one of Houston’s Top Lawyers and Texas Lawyer has honored him as a Top Litigator. Among other cases, Tim was named in this category following a jury verdict he obtained in a deceptive trade practices and fraud matter. In addition, Tim has been named Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation (2013).

In October 2019, Tim was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national, invitation-only, association of experienced trial lawyers and judges who have tried a significant number of jury trials to conclusion as the lead trial lawyer.

Tim is licensed in Texas and Louisiana state and federal courts. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Communications from Houston Baptist University.
