Taylor Anne Lamb

Taylor Lamb is an associate in the Houston Corporate section of Gray Reed & McGraw. With a focus on general corporate and transactional matters, she has experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts for companies. In addition, she advises clients on business formations, business governance issues and formalities, contracts, and negotiation of asset and stock sales. Taylor began her legal career focusing on a variety of energy matters and is uniquely experienced to provide insight and counsel to oil and gas companies.

Taylor received her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and her J.D. from UCLA where she was an articles editor for the UCLA Journal of Law & Technology. After receiving her J.D., Taylor worked at the White House in the Office of Cabinet Affairs where she was responsible for coordinating communications, policies and logistics between the Executive Office of the President and the Cabinet. Taylor is also the founder and chair of the Gray Reed Pro Bono Committee.
