Rear Ended by Vehicle Twice

In all 50 states, the driver who rear ends your vehicle is ALWAYS at fault. It's called failure to control speed. I was the unfortunate victim of this infraction twice in a short time. Mr. Carrigan represented me on a contingency basis both times. Outcome: Deplorable. His main problem was lack of c...onsideration for future medical expenses and the future continuing impact on my neck and spine. He claimed he was unable to extract better settlements, but his sanctions history tells the true tale.

Won my case

Mr. C, won my case I hit by 18 wheeler and walk out with 200,000. He very nice man and cares about people.

Knows the law better than anyone else!

Steve won a case on appeal for me some years ago. He has an astonishing grasp of the law and how to apply it correctly to specific circumstances. He is easy to communicate with and work with. As to the other bad review, I ignored it because exactly how is one person involved in more than one person...al injury situation over time without trying to game the system? It is no wonder that settlements were small, no lawyer can make hay out of poor facts.

This Lawyer is a Hassle to Deal with

he handled some cases for me and they were very good cases. somehow i never got much in the settlements, tho. i don't get how he became a texas superlawyer, he must have paid someone. he is very vague and unconcerned about cases and does not win good settlements.
