Stephanie Anne Hamm

Stephanie Hamm is experienced in labor and employment law, general commercial litigation, and trade secrets litigation.

Ms. Hamm’s labor and employment practice focuses on representing plaintiffs alleging discrimination, retaliation, and violations of wage and hour laws, including matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act.  Ms. Hamm has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in numerous lawsuits alleging breaches of covenants not to compete, trade secrets violations, breaches of fiduciary duties, and unfair practices in both state and federal court, and has participated in all phases of litigation from discovery through trial and appeal.

Ms. Hamm graduated from the University of Saint Thomas in 2006, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, in 2009 from South Texas College of Law. While attending South Texas College of Law, Ms. Hamm was a varsity moot court advocate with one of the nation’s top advocacy programs, and was also a member of South Texas Law Review.  She also interned with United States District Judge David Hittner with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
