About me

Rich represents plaintiffs in class actions and other civil litigation matters. He has prosecuted dozens of consumer and securities class actions, along with commercial and tort disputes, in state and federal courts throughout the nation. Many of these cases have involved complex procedural and jurisdictional issues. A graduate of Baylor Law School, Rich has worked extensively with class action attorneys around the country in coordinated joint venture arrangements to prosecute cases on a national scale. He also has consulted on trial tactics, assisting plaintiffs with the formulation of strategy for large-scale class action litigation.
