I want to thank Mr. Trueba for his hard work on my chapter 7 bk case. I spoke with two bk lawyers before meeting Mr. Trueba. He had an outlook very different than the other attorneys I spoke with. He was such a "LETS GET IT DONE" kind of guy. I was terrified at the idea of bankruptcy. He eased my min...d from our first few minutes on the phone. He was very confident he could help. It all started with him meeting with me at 7AM to accommodate my schedule which really helped out so I would not miss any work. As of May 23rd.....I have been discharged. It took 8 weeks or so to go through the court process but its done. No more fear...My fresh start has happened and I couldn't be happier. If you find yourself in a bankruptcy situation, Mr. Trueba is the one to handle it. Don't let other attorneys deter you with maybe or we'll see.
