Chapter 13 can be a very powerful tool as it offers individual debtors a number of advantages over a Chapter 7 liquidation. The most significant being that it provides the individual debtor with the opportunity to save their home from foreclosure.
Chapter 11 permits debtors to reorganize their debt obligations and pay their debts over time. Though primarily filed by business debtors, Chapter 11 is also utilized by individual debtors that do not qualify for Chapter 13 due to debt limitations.
Chapter 7 is a liquidation proceeding and is the most common form of bankruptcy filed in the U.S to discharge or release debts. After all permitted dischargeable debts are discharged, the debtor has an opportunity for a fresh financial start.

Chapter 7 bankruptcy Attorney | Sep 27
Relationship: Worked together on matter
"I have known Brendon since he was a 2L in law school. He was one of the hardest workers in law school and that dedication has continued with his law practice.
I am extremely picky about who I go to when I do not have a solution to a problem. Brendon Singh is one of those people. He repeatably takes the time to speak with me every-time I have needed him. He is one of the best people I know.
He shoots his clients straight and he does what he says he will do. When I am asked for a great bankruptcy attorney the first name out of my mouth is Brendon Singh. I proudly endorse this attorney!"
