Biography
Lindsey concentrates her commercial real estate law practice in the preparation and negotiation of retail, office, medical, and industrial leases. In addition to regularly representing landlords and tenants, she handles all real estate aspects of large scale asset and equity purchases, sale leasebacks, construction lien matters, and complex financing arrangements. Lindsey has been privileged to work in both the Dallas office and the Houston office of Gray Reed and serves clients across Texas. Lindsey obtained her Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law in 2011 and is again serving on the Real Estate Legislative Affairs Committee for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas in 2015.
