Biography
I have a wealth of estate planning, elder law experience and estate administration experience, having practiced in these areas for over 15 years.
I work closely with clients to craft estate plans which address their concerns including probate avoidance, tax planning, asset protection and elder law planning. The key to a good estate plan is to tailor the plan to your specific goals and implementing it ahead of time. I have unfortunately worked with many individuals who do not plan ahead, and the family is stuck paying for medical care out-of-pocket or suffering through the long probate process. I can use my broad experience to build an estate plan right for you and your family, serve your goals, help obtain Medicaid to access important long-term care and nursing home benefits, and make the estate administration process as smooth as possible.
