Jared Ryker Woodfill V

This law firm is a scam. They require a huge retainer and once they receive their payment there is zero movement on the case EVER. The case is handed on from one incompetent attorney to another, one incompetent paralegal to another. Their front desk screens calls via caller ID and won’t answer cli...ents calls. I’ve called over 30 times between 10 am and noon from my personal number and each call was immediately sent to voicemail. I called once from another number not known to the office and call was answered on the first ring. This is typical of Woodfill Law Firm. There is a high turnover rate so you’ll likely never talk to the same attorney twice and you’ll seemingly have to start the case conversation from scratch each time, when you finally are able to speak with an attorney. I’ve never spoken to Jared Woodfill EVER, even though he was the attorney hired to represent this case. Please avoid Woodfill Law Firm at all cost otherwise you will be scammed out of your money and require a new attorney to actually litigate your case.

Never spoke to Jared. His lawfirm took on my case which was an easy case. 5 months later no answer, no responses. Nothing done on my case. Have been passed over from one lawyer to a paralegal then off to another lawyer with no solution. They talk like they'll help you but they're not going to do anyt...hing on the case. They're quick to take your money and give you the runaround. Do not hire this firm!!! I promise you, believe the reviews!! They're there for a reason. These people prey on the most vulnerable and scam them out of their funds. It's not worth it. They just add to the headache you're already dealing with. There's plenty other good firms out there. Save yourself the hassle!!!!

If I could give a zero star, I would. Attorney Tiffany Miles met with us and said we had an easy enforcement case and would take less than a week to file. We paid on the spot. 3 months later, nothing filed. No excuses or explanations...just a bunch of "let me check". Instead, she's on vacation. She f...inally sent us a document that was all wrong, requesting a child when no children are even involved. I do not know woodfill but I know his associate attorneys are incompetent. Still waiting on our refund.

If you looking to lose a case and not have update information and begging for help he go a bag full of lies he a great disappointment you Should I mean absolutely not have your license. I am going to make for sure when I file a motion, complaint and filed for a lawsuit against this law firm Jared is... paying for what he did to me for Motion in distress from my case. Please do not hire right away if you don’t read the reviews and don’t believe us, you will pay just like the rest of us. I hope that he will find himself not sleeping too well at night for what he has done to peoples families when they’re paying their hard earned money to get help. I wish you nothing but the worst, and I hope you never get a chance to neglect a person of interest of needing help most saddest lawyer ever.

I have paid them over my retainer fee and they still haven't finished the case. They have a very high turn over rate of people that work there. I have been through three already including Jared being the first. I was lied to and taken advantage of. I would not recommend them for anything that mat...ters. They don't answer their phone calls or return emails. I went to their office just for them to call building security and after building security told them that all they needed to do was have Jared come talk to me and I would leave they decided to call HPD. HPD told them the same thing and they were to much of a coward to come and talk to me.
