Client

If I could give a zero star, I would. Attorney Tiffany Miles met with us and said we had an easy enforcement case and would take less than a week to file. We paid on the spot. 3 months later, nothing filed. No excuses or explanations...just a bunch of "let me check". Instead, she's on vacation. She f...inally sent us a document that was all wrong, requesting a child when no children are even involved. I do not know woodfill but I know his associate attorneys are incompetent. Still waiting on our refund.

Amazing Advocate

Jared I'd a very humble and kind human being. Not only did he take my case he made sure his fee was going to be sufficient to handle my case, he advised me to speak to paralegal and leave messages so my retainer would not be drained by simply calling him to vent. According to my initial payment doc...uments there was a price list showing the different amounts billed for different paralegals and assistants. He and his staff are keeping me sane while my ex and I sort out our custody issues. if you're looking for a compassionate approachable attorney...look no further.

Lazy Attorney Who Lacks Integrity

Jared Woodfill was unfortunately the amicus attorney assigned to my husband's case in a custody lawsuit brought by his ex after she gave up custody. Mr. Woodfill did not do his job - not a single home visit and only one meeting with us in 13 months of litigation. Yet somehow he sent us bills for ho...urs of his time to the tune of several thousand dollars. He did nothing but regurgitate the kids' words to the judge without actually looking into any of the facts of the case. Ultimately we went to a jury trial that lasted 5 days. Mr. Woodfill charged us a $25K retainer for his "involvement" in the case which seemed to mostly consist of sitting there and attending to personal matters such as e-mail and online shopping - I know this because I sat at the table right next to him the entire trial. Against the recommendation of all three mental health specialists in the case including our 14yr old's own counselor, a CHILD was put on the stand in front of her mother and father. When asked by our attorney who asked her to testify she pointed and stated that it was her own amicus, Mr. Woodfill, the person who was supposed to represent the BEST INTEREST of the child. Mr. Woodfill seems to know how wrong this was due to how quickly he stood up to object and the judge had to ask the jury to step out while he tried to explain away his reprehensible actions. Frankly he is lazy, will charge you exorbitant amounts of money to do nothing, and lacks integrity. His role as amicus in our case was just free money for him to do nothing and all he did accomplish was added emotional trauma to a 14yr old girl. Do a simple google search and you will find that this guy is not who you want to represent you in anything. As of December 2017 he has been listed on a defamation suit involving child molestation.
