Honestly I can't say enough about the poor demeanor of this man. A separate review I read said "this man is a complete joke" and I couldn't agree more. My now ex husband's father hired him to take care of our divorce and I must say that I highly DISCOURAGE any business with him. First you must kno...w he has no care for the individual. I didn't know this man was involved with our divorce last year until I was blindsided by his email containing the paperwork. Normally I would overlook this poor communication except for the fact it was at 6:11pm on Halloween. Mind you, he was aware I have a child who was four years old at the time; meaning I received this caustic email with the paperwork as I was walking out to take my child trick-or-treating. I don't know of anyone with a decent heart who would do that. If you are looking for absolutely zero and I mean ZERO communication, look no further! Literally the only communication I received from him or his office was demanding I sign the paperwork. No confirmation he received it or anything regarding the process. For additional clarification, I didn't know my divorce had even been finalized in court until my now ex sister-in-law texted to express her sympathies. THANK GOODNESS she texted me otherwise I would have never known the divorce had even been processed. To conclude my experience with this man, I wish to tell you about the interaction I had with him today. My divorce has been finalized since December 2019, yet I heard nothing from this man INCLUDING any information about the divorce paperwork. Today I called him to inquire about the paperwork he completed for us and expressed my shock at his lack of communication. This "professional" HUNG UP ON ME and will not take my call. Divorce is horrible no matter whose side you look at it from. However hiring this man is probably the worst decision you can make for all parties involved.

I had the good fortune of being referred to Greg by a co-worker. His knowledge of Texas family law is extensive and current. Most importantly, he was upfront and honest with me throughout the entire process-- even about things I didn't necessarily like hearing. He pushed back against the bully tac...tics being used by my ex's attorney and helped me get a fair outcome. I recommend Greg highly and would hire him again if the need arose.

I hired Mr. Josefsberg to represent me in what turned out to be an extremely frustrating and lengthy divorce case. At times when it seemed that we were fighting an uphill battle, Mr. Josefsberg did not give up and supported me all the way. He represented me in court in a very professional manner and... has shown to have thorough knowledge of Texas Family Law. In the final trial, we were victorious.
